Understanding the team and context

We start by understanding the team structure and how they work with the system. We identify roles, permissions, and typical use cases - so the training program is tailored to reality, not technical documentation. 01

Program preparation

Based on gathered information, we create a training program divided into modules corresponding to specific roles and tasks. Each participant receives knowledge tailored to what they will actually do in the system. 02

Conducting training

We conduct training in a format tailored to client preferences - in-person, remote, or hybrid. We emphasize practice: participants learn through real cases and tasks similar to their daily work, not abstract examples. 03

Documentation and follow-up

Training concludes with delivery of concise user documentation and a set of instructions for individual roles. We also offer a follow-up session after a few weeks - when questions arising from actual usage appear. 04
