Context and Challenge

Soteria is a restaurant where every detail matters — from the decor to the service approach. When the owners decided to digitalize the booking process, they wanted the new tools to be as refined as the place itself.

Before implementation, reservations were accepted only by phone. There was no view of current occupancy, confirmations reached guests with delays, and managing tables during peak hours was difficult to coordinate. The project was meant to change this.

Project Scope

The project included two parallel elements: a website designed for the brand image and a dedicated booking and management system integrated directly with the site.

Implementation Results

After system launch, the number of phone reservations dropped significantly in favor of online bookings. Staff gained a clear view of occupancy and stopped wasting time on manual confirmations. Guests appreciated the ability to book independently at any time — without waiting for a callback.

The website became the first point of contact for new guests looking for restaurants in the area — with clear information, the atmosphere of the place, and direct access to the booking form.

Technologies

We implemented the project based on Laravel as the website foundation and a dedicated backend solution for booking logic and management panel. The technology was selected for project requirements and comfortable daily operation by people without technical knowledge.
