The Challenge
The main goal was to create an aesthetic, clear service that would attractively present the real estate offer. Since the website mainly serves informational and branding purposes, it was crucial to focus on high-quality visual presentation and full responsiveness — so that every user, regardless of device, could comfortably view the content.
The Process
Work began with creating a custom graphic design reflecting the character of the investment — modern yet immersed in a natural environment. The design was then implemented in the Laravel environment, allowing for high performance and ease of further development. At the end, functional and visual tests were carried out — the behavior of the service on various screen resolutions and devices was checked to ensure that every element displays according to the design assumptions.

Scope of Work For the Soteria project, we designed and developed a modern online store with a booking module, based on a custom system built in Laravel technology.
