The Challenge
Mellowmind Cosplay is a well-established brand in the cosplay and handmade goods market, with a loyal community of followers. The goal of the project was to create a dedicated online store as an alternative to external marketplaces — a solution that would increase sales margins, better present the product range, and convey the unique character of the brand in a cohesive, owned online space.
The Process
We started by preparing a custom graphic concept designed to reflect the unique aesthetics of the Mellowmind Cosplay brand. It was crucial to capture its creative, artistic, and detailed character while also ensuring clarity and a pleasant user experience. Once the design was approved, we implemented the store using WordPress. The system was tailored to the client's needs, equipped with an intuitive content management panel, and integrated with secure payment gateways, allowing seamless order handling from multiple countries. After implementation, we provided training that showed the client how to independently manage the store — from adding new products and controlling orders to editing content. This gave the client full independence in running the business, and the store was ready to operate from day one after launch.
